‍Overview:

Sarasota Fingerprints is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fingerprint Technician to join our growing team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for capturing electronic fingerprints for background checks, licensing, employment, and compliance with state and federal regulations. All necessary training will be provided.

‍Schedule:
‍
This is a weekday position. We are looking for candidates available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
‍
○ Perform LiveScan fingerprinting services using specialized biometric equipment
○ Verify customer identification and complete consent and demographic forms
○ Follow strict procedures for identity verification and fingerprint submission
○ Maintain a clean and organized workstation
○ Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
○ Handle payment processing and maintain accurate records
○ Ensure compliance with FDLE, FBI, and AHCA fingerprinting standards
○ Assist with mobile fingerprinting events as needed (optional based on availability)

‍Qualifications:
‍
○ High school diploma or equivalent
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
○ Tech-literate with basic computer and tablet use proficiency.
○ Strong attention to detail and organization.
○ Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
○ Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances.

‍Preferred:
‍
○ Experience in customer service or office support
○ Notary Public or ability to become commissioned (optional but valued)
